Linda began her journey as a Direct Care Counselor assisting people with disabilities to achieve mainstream potential through community support and services. Observing the economic challenges facing both providers and patients in terms of insurance and reimbursement had a profound impact on her. Her focus shifted to the more financial aspects of the healthcare continuum; specifically, Revenue Cycle Management. By educating the patient/provider communities in understanding that care begins at the point of registration, Linda has achieved years of positive outcomes in terms of patient experiences and provider financial objectives.
Fast forward to today, and Linda has more than 20 years of healthcare experience with both provider and consulting organizations, advocating for quality patient care and equitable reimbursement. She most recently served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Sunspire Health, a nationwide network of treatment facilities offering the full spectrum of addiction recovery services including detox, residential and outpatient treatment programs. Prior to Sunspire, Linda held executive roles for the Revenue Cycle divisions of NJ Urology, Apollo Health Street and MedAssets. She has served as a speaker for HFMA and other healthcare associations on various reimbursement topics.
Linda initially joined BlueCrest as the Director of Revenue Cycle and is now the Chief Financial Officers where she oversees human resources and the policies, objectives, and initiatives of the business office to maximize reimbursement along the care continuum.
Linda resides in Bergen County, NJ and is a proud graduate and Valedictorian of Seton Hall University. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, sports and philanthropic efforts on behalf of various charities.
